Harassment by Camden Council Social Services
I had a minor domestic incident. My daughter called the Police to protect her mother. That is when our problems started. We ended up being harassed by Social Services. On our first visit, the social worker, xxxxxx xxxxxxx, threatened my daughter with both her and her brother being taken away from me. My father suddenly dropped dead later that same day.
Social services then hounded us, via phone calls and unannounced visits, during the time of our mourning process. Then they lied by stating that we were not co-operating. We had to attend many ceremonies, fly out of the country and of course, be there for my mother. Social services did not care.
They ended up stating that we were not co-operating and stressed us out while we were trying to mourn. Bearing in mind the original threat to my daughter the phones became nothing more than harassment. I complained. They did nothing other than make up more stories of how my children were being abused. Later on, they sent a health visitor, xxx x'xxxxx, to phone my home.
When xxx turned up, she then told me that xxxxxxxx had told her that now my children were being sexually abused. Again another complaint was lodged. No response.
At the case conference, various accusations were made, including one that I had the power of wonder woman to pick up my cooker and throw it at their father. The police officer from CAIT - Child Abuse Investigation Team - who had never spoken with us, said that he knew my husband ran up £21K worth of debt looking at pornography sites.
Again no actual proof was provided!! The school nurse xxxxxxx xxxxx, who had never seen my daughter as we are happy with our GP service, claimed that my daughter was both ill and being abused!! She said that I was hiding this fact by not letting her examine her. My daughter does not wish to see her and that is her right. My GP stated he had no concerns for my children.
The Doctor to whom I asked to be referred to be treated for PTSD had been monitoring me all along under the influence of Social Services, but then had to backtrack and state he had no concerns regarding my mental health.
The only person who had an axe to grind was xxxxxxxx My children should not be subjected to this level of stress or harassment. Section 47 of the Childrens Act can be used against parents, in light of the death of Victoria Climbie. However, this act should be used against deviant Social Workers, not as a weapon to destroy lives.
Does the story end here? No way. Now the school Support Worker, who purports to be a teacher and allows Social Services to type up reports with that title, goes by the name of xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. She has launched a hate campaign against my daughter, who is part of London's Gifted and Talented Group, just because her friend xxxxxxx xxxxxx has been removed from the panel. xxxxxxxx verbally attacked her whilst other teachers watched, despite her crying out for her mother and wanting to go home. xxxxxxxx refused to contact me, as did the other teachers involved, who held her captive and willingly engaged the help of other troublemakers to do so. I have obviously complained about this. This harassment lasted all day.
xxxxxxxxx, however, did contact xxxxxx xxxxxxxx the social worker, but only left a minute message on my phone well after school had finished. As for xxx, she can't get past the fact that my 3 year old, who was being toilet trained, could not possibly wet himself unless he was being subjected to abuse. Boys are harder to train than girls and every parent knows that kids wet themselves, especially at night. This is the same health visitor who told me stop coming to the clinic as I was over reacting about his health despite his being born virtually dead and spending time in the local special care baby unit. She also claimed that she had never seen my daughter before in her life, despite my daughter being at every visit after school!!
Camden is so corrupt and they just get away with it. Rather than deal with the problems they hound innocent children but can't bring themselves to concentrate on their own complaints procedures. They refuse to answer the phone to me now. If they do, they slam the phone down or say everyone is unavailable. So now I email them directly; not just them but everyone else for whom I can track down a an email address, including Parliament, MP's etc.
These so called child protectors hide behind glass panels once they have ruined your life. Anyone out there who has been affected by social services should look at the FASSIT (which stands for Families Anti-Social Services Inquiries Team) website, http://www.fassit.co.uk/.

Children are committing suicide, children are being raped and children are being ripped away from their parents. This happens everyday in England. The Children’s Act is being used as a weapon by Social Workers to break up families and nothing is being done to stop this why?
In Camden alone, the Chief Executive , a Social Worker herself whom was called in to give her opinion on the tragic Victoria Climbie case gives her Social Workers the licence to make up stories and lies to get children taken away. You have to stop this.
xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx told all and sundry that my children were being sexually abused. This was never the case. The complaint was never fully investigated. He was never disciplined and never held accountable. This is perjury and malfeasance. xxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxxx and xxxxxx xxxxx lied about the welfare of my children. My children are very intelligent, healthy and happy. They made up stories stating that my son wets his bed.
This has never been the case. The list goes on.
Salma, was taken away for no apparent reason and now she is dead. Other children have been raped in Camden These are not isolated incidents. xxxxx xxxx will not allow the Camden New Journal to report the truth but threatens them with legal action if they do.
Why? Not one Social Worker, xxxxx xxxx or xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx has ever been disciplined or struck off, why? These are children’s lives with which Section 47 of the Children’s Act can and will be used against children and parents. Yet not one Social Worker has ever been made accountable for their perjury, malfeasance or their unsubstantiated accusations.
To be charged with murder you must provide evidence to prove beyond reasonable that the crime has been committed and yet Social Workers never have to provide tangible evidence to support their accusations.
The 3-stage complaints process is never carried out within the time limits and guidelines.
No one is ever kept up to date with the complaints and questions are never answered. The LGO will not investigate the matter and refuse Independent Reviews. No one wants to listen therefore you have a public duty to do so. Solicitors get rich from the Legal Aid system, children die or are raped, Social Workers’ keep their jobs, children die or are raped, Judges listen to lies, children die or get raped.
The Human Rights Act, The Protection from Harassment Act and the UN Charter for children are purposely disregarded. Children die or are raped. There is no protection for the children or the parents. They continue to flout the law.
I ask of you Lords, Baronesses and MP’s when are you going to end this licence to lie, this licence to kill, rape and maim United Kingdoms’ children. Your future voters, workers and providers of future state pension?

- Injunctions and non-molestations orders can only be applied for against Social Workers by parents and children.
- Social Workers are imprisoned for perjury, malfeasance and perverting the course of justice.
- All Social Workers must prove that any abuse is happening beyond reasonable doubt, not just make it up and then force other networks to agree with them just to place children on the Child Protection register.
- Action can be brought against Social Workers for the abuse they administer and their continued harassment.
- All children have the right to bring action against the Social Workers that have ruined their lives.
- Families have a choice in Social Worker involvement.
- All Social Workers’ must undergoing psychiatric assessment on an ongoing basis.
Fostering is a profitable business. Camden Council as well as other Boroughs actively encourages this facility. Children die or get raped. Foster parents get rich. It is well known that Social Workers’ involvement with children results in high rates of children committing suicide, self-harming, drug addiction, alcohol abuse, become sexual abusers themselves.
As a Government you must intervene to stop this. These are the future of the United Kingdom.
FASSIT AND PAIN are organisations that been campaigning against this practice for years and yet is shameful that the Government has sat on their laurels and have allowed this to happen and continue to do so. Why?
The Family Courts need to be made open. Children are silenced. Despite the UN Charter stating that there voices must be heard. Parents and children must be heard not victimised, harassed and persecuted. You must stop this now. Failure to act can only purport that the Government supports the unlawful behaviour of these Social Workers. Social Workers are child abusers whom use Section 47 of the Children’s Act to hide behind.
England used to be of a culture that a stitch in time saves nine. Now it has come around a full circle and waits for the inevitable to occur before it acts.
Help the children. Help the parents. Stop the abuse. Statutes state that you must. May Karma rest heavy on your shoulders until justice is re-stored?
I trust that you will help the children, their parents and for all those who have died. Show them that you are a Government that actually cares. Just imagine it was your child, niece, nephew, or grandchild.
